MESSE ESANG Co., Ltd. collects and uses personal information as set out below, in order to assess demand for the exhibitions it organises and to carry out related marketing activities. The information will not be used for any other purpose. Please read the following carefully before deciding whether to give your consent.

1. Items collected : Company name, job title, department, full name, mobile phone number, email address

2. Purpose of collection and use : Forecasting demand for the organiser's exhibitions and marketing purposes

3. Retention and use period : In accordance with the Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilisation and Information Protection and the Personal Information Protection Act, personal information will be destroyed without delay once the retention period has expired or the purpose of processing has been achieved and the information is no longer required.

※ Your application is finalized once the deposit has been paid, and booth allocation is confirmed once the balance has been settled.
※ Participation fees are non-refundable. Cancellations are handled in accordance with the Secretariat’s regulations (see Article 7, Penalty, of the Exhibition Terms).
